Season: Autumn to Spring

A small magpie companion that lives mainly in fresh water.

It hardly circulates. I can see something rarely baked.

It is a light night and has a taste without habit.
It is good dashi to make soup.

Grilled food, miso soup, gojika sake, fried chicken
Each dish grilled over charcoal is quite good as a sake dish.
If this is dried, it becomes a good one.
Moreover, it is good that there is a rich taste and the flavor of "Gor liquor" and "Haken sake" the one that it grills withering, and it is crushed again and hot warm is poured.
The lightly grated one is made with white miso.
Fried chicken is also delicious.
