Kumako/Sea cucumber

Hokkaido, Aomori, Nagasaki, Yamaguchi, Ehime, Hyogo, Ishikawa.

It is eaten by muscles, digestive tract and ovaries.
The mouth and excrement holes are hard, so cut them out. The white membrane in the body cavity is hard to remove.
Aoko is relatively raw, soft and melt-in-the-mouth.
Croc is raw, hard and has poor melt-in-the-mouth. The black color is in my hand, and it doesn't fall off easily again. When this black pigment is boiled, it begins to seep out and the broth is dyed black.

Rich in vitamins.
Rich in calcium, condroitin and collagen.
A type of saponin called holotoxin that sea cucumbers have suppresses the growth of ringworm bacteria that cause water bugs and has a bactericidal effect.
